DS PENSKE is pleased to announce the signing of Oliver Turvey as the Team’s Reserve Driver and Sporting Advisor for Season 9. The 35-year-old Briton has been a part of the Formula E championship since Season 1. The 2014 Le Mans 24h class winner will undertake an intense testing programme throughout the year. His experience in Formula 1, GT, Endurance and Formula E is a huge asset to the team, and completes the strongest driver line-up in the paddock.
The open test is always a big moment for teams and drivers and the new Gen3 entry makes it even more exciting. The reigning champion Stoffel Vandoorne and the 2-time champion Jean-Eric Vergne will be head-to-head for the first time with the 20 other-drivers on the legendary Ricardo Tomo Circuit.
